mercedes benz sucks

i am not happy with the service that im getting from Mercedes benz wonderboom. i bought a car by october last year and LMG paid them for the spare key but till today im told there are no parts. is it because im black woman that im not getting any respect no feedback whatsoever. i am tired of the treatment that im getting i thought mercedes was the best but i think even VW is better than this nonsense. i am already in contact with daily sun to expose them and will do #mercedes sucks on twitter to prove that im not the only person going through this. they need to be honest are they giving me the spare key or no
