Mercedes-Benz SUCKS

Bolt ordered from Germany over 7 weeks ago. Told by the dealer that they cannot track the parcel. NOTHING being done about it from the dealers side. Meanwhile the car stands with them. No urgency from the dealer no head office. They don’t respond to anything online it seems. I’ve tweeted numerous times and nobody responds. Don’t know why they even have social media. Probably to show off their **** cars. Never looking at this brand again. BMW, way better service!
