Mercedes Benz South Africa Welkom

I have a Mercedes Benz CLA 220 CDI 2014 model. I replace the batyery with a new one. The car refuse to.start. I call Mercedes Benz Welkom and they said I must bring the car to then in Welkom. I told them the car refuse to start. I asked them whatn i suppose to do and they said they asked R5000 for.rhem.toncome.to.my house in Hoppstad. A machanic came to my house and have a look at the car. He also call Mercedes-Benz Welkom and asked what the problem could be. They said the car must bring to Mercedes Benz Welkom. The mechanic said the car stands in Middelbirg no where. Mercedes Benz refuse to help us further and to pay R5000 for a call out is rediculess. What stand I to do? I do not have that kind of money and that kind of customer service feom Mercedes Benz Welkom is unacceptable.
