Mercedes Benz South Africa POOR SERVICE

I am reporting very disappointing service from Mercedes Benz ! Owing a premium Mercedes Benz Product and getting no road side assistance which is part of my motor plan . I was stuck for 6 hours on the road ,no spare wheel and no roadside assistance .The risk was being alone ,on the road with my wife ! No help was offered from Mercedes despite several calls .The technician was not helpful and told me to contact the towing services .I lodged a complaint and to date nobody has contacted me . I am very very disappointed with this pathetic service !I already purchased 5 vehicles from Mercedes and I will advise people to never deal with MERCEDES again .Its absolutely ridiculous to be treated this way !
