Mercedes-Benz South Africa Failed to Fix My Car Wipers Juddering

This is Thulani Mkhize i am currently driving a mercedes benz GLA200 which i had bought from mercedes-benz a longtime ago the year 2018. Ever since i had bought the car from Mercedes-Benz Sandton the car has been giving me problems with the wipers juddering and i have taken the car to mercedes-benz numerous times regarding this matter. Mercedes-Benz replaced the windscreen and wiper arms and wiper blades going as far as replacing the actual motor itself and till today this problem has been there since it was bought November 18 2018. I have been taking the car to mercedes-benz numerous times for the one and the same problem where as to the car has stayed there for 2 consecutive days but then then till today Mercedes-Benz has failed dismally to resolve this problem. The car has went through 3 windscreens so far and the car was bought brand new from the box and i have pleaded and asked mercedes-benz to replace wiper blades to resolve this problem till today they have failed disamally to resolve this problem and i have went as far as asking for a loan car and they have failed to fufill my requirements. I have suspected that this car factory faults and we have done it all to repair this car but mercedes-benz has failed totally to replace/fix this problem and i am currently driving this car in this state with mercedes-benz sandtomn and mercedes-benz south africa where as to this dealership has failed to fufill the clients expectations and i have even went aa far as asking for a new car to refinance and no response has come from that side and i suspect that they had sold me a car with factoru faults and i had picked it up a a discounted rate of -R60 000 is mercedes-benz aware of the fact that this car has factory faults or are they hiding the truth from me?. a very disappointing brand yet a very big name.
