Mercedes Benz South Africa

Our car broke down in the eastern cape and we took it Ronnies Motors in East London, that was the 28th of December to this day Ronnies Motors has not returned our car and Mercedes Benz South Africa aint helping either , we have been calling them almost every day with little or no assistance at all, they arranged for a courtesy car of which we are being harassed by europcar that they want their car back , Now we dont even care if our car is fixed or not we want it back and still Mercedes cannot help us have our car back, We are in Pretoria now.
