It is with sadness that i write this review as i have driven Mercedes Benz for more than 30 Years. I have an 2018 Mercedes Benz GLC and took the car in for its last service with only 60 000km on the clock, I saw a little crack on the mouse pad and ask the service advisor to put in a claim to have this mouse pad replaced as the car was still under maintenance plan. The claim was rejected due to the fact that the warranty have expired and also the km on the car. After doing some research I found out that this mouse pad is a commen problem and not only in the GLC class but all the other classes. Mercedes Benz should have known that this is a problem and that this part will only last for maximum two years, and its for that reason why they only have this part under warrantees for two years. I have contacted the customers department and explain this issue to them but the only answer i got back for them is that the warrantee have expired and there is nothing they can do. It is really sad to see that Mercedes Benz would rather risk the product and name for a simple mouse pad, i am sorry but this bring me to the end of driving mercedes benz and will never recommend buying a mercedes benz with this mouse pad, and if you do buy one do a good inspection on this mouse pad as this crack looks like a pressure crack
