Mercedes Benz South Africa after sales and customer protection is non-existent

My car has been with Mercedes Benz for 2 years and eight months in which they have failed to fix it every time they say its fixed there is always something that is broken that they did not see and I have to pay for it. When I call Mercedes Benz South Africa they cant give me answers so if you buy a Mercedes Benz you are all on your own.
