I have been waiting since Septemeber 2021 for a new windscreen for my ML. The xcuse on amonthly basis is:" No local.stock, ordered from Germany" I registered a complaint at MBSA and it took the person morw than a month to call me. My phone was broken at that time so he closed the case without getting hold of me!No messages left, no missed calls etc. I do not think he called me. You cannot get past the first level of service so trying to get hold of any manager is futile.
