Mercedes benz sandton service

Wanting to book my car in for a service for the wiper blades not working, I have called Mercedes-Benz Sandton at around 10 am on 10/12/18 to book a service. Karabo who was the receptionist, mentions that all agents are busy and she can take my details down, and get someone to call me. So I gave her my details and waited, at around 15:30 on 10/12/18, I called again, Karabo answered and mentions again that all agents are busy, she can take my details down and get someone to call me, so I then mention; I have called earlier, My Name is MR L…..who did she pass my message onto, she mentions she send my details through to Puleng, so I said please get someone to call me.

Today is 11/12/18 at 10:00am, still no one has called me, is this what you call service, 24hrs later and no one was in contact with me, I feel that this people is taking Mercedes name down, when it comes to service delivery.
