Mercedes Benz ripping customers off!

Anyone dealing with Mercedes Benz Financial Services be very aware, they keep your money and they don't refund if they owe you money, they are ******! I paid my Instalment sake agreement in full, they acknowledge in writing that there is a credit on my account owing to me and SIX MONTHS later they still have not refunded me. The lady responsible for the refunds appears to be an affirmative action appointment, she is totally ***********, her name is Wendy Magoro and I don't know why a company like Mercedes Benz would employ such an *********** person. Be weary anyone dealing with Mercedes Benz!
