Mercedes Benz/Regent Insurance is a rip-off!

First of all, their attitude towards customers stink. Once you're signed up, they treat you like a ********. They change the wording on the agreement as they please without your signature or approval and take no responsibility for the lack of ethics. After 7 years of loyal payments, I was ********** with my first claim and are then penalised for claiming by putting my installment up. There was never any mentioning of this in the agreement and they just told me that this is how they do business now!
