Mercedes Benz reaping off clients

I bought a Mercedes Benz C220 Blue Tec in 2014/06. It had a breakdown for not wanting to start and after calling Mercedes customer care the rental vehicle was sent to me and had to pay 1 500 ZAR for fuel as they said that they do not have a spare curtesy car.<br> This is almost more than 3 weeks that my car is with them.Last night at 18:00 whilst travelling from WTBto Sandton on the N12 freeway towards Delmas I had an accident. As I was about to pass the truck on the on the freeway its right front trailer tyres burst and flew to the rental car I was driving causing a total damage to the front and rear bumpers including engine<br> I called Europcar immediately to bring me the replacement car and to my surprise they told me that I must pay 4 290 ZAR first before they can give me another car as this was access.<br> I protested to this because if I had my car and the same accident happened, I would have had a courtesy car.<br> I called in the morning at about 09:05 and spoke to Tenash who said he will liaise with Linda and come back to me . Tenash came back to me and told me that Mercedes Benz policy is that the hired car is between the client and the renter.I need escallation GM and its refused
