Mercedes Benz Motor Plan is a *****.

The Motor Plan is a ***** - ****************. Mercedes Benz cannot service a vehicle at 99800KM which ideally is due for service at 20 000km intervals (it is due at 100 000km). The motor plan expires at 100 000km and from my previous experience, Mercedes Benz will not honour the motor plan if you exceed this 100 000km by a single km. The reason given is that it is not due for service until after 247 days or 2500km, clearly by which time it will be outside the motor plan coverage. The team at Mercedes Benz Old Fort Road is just not interested to listen to this complaint and was told it is what it is by service agent named Billy. Very dissatisfied and aggrieved client
