Mercedes-Benz M2 city very unprofessional and customer care

Took my car for service the condultant never called me for any update when I called to check I was told my car is in the wash bay it can't start the steering lock is broken and they are not liable for the cost the manager involve called me to tell me it could have happened at anytime it doesn't mean something wrong was done I asked for a second opinion he said he was calling a technician from MBSA it was around three I never heard from any of them till five pm until I called them stranded at work my kids at school had to sort myself out I'm so angry and frustrated where must I get money to pay for what I did not brake and don't have a budget for
