Mercedes Benz January Masilela (Menlyn Maine)

I was treated unfairly as a client at Mercedes Benz Menlyn. A guy by the name of Faheem kept my car the whole day at the dealership but still didn't get the job completed. I have taken it upon myself to report this to Mercedes Benz customer service to report only to be told to contact that same Faheem person to assist me, how when he treated me like ******* initially??
