Mercedes-Benz is unprofessional and blacklisted me

In 2023 I wanted to buy a Mercedes-Benz but changed my mind. The following year 2024 when I went to the bank I was told that I'm blacklisted by Mercedes-Benz. Iv been sent back and forth. Now I can't buy anything in credit and they are so rude when I confront them. Why do I have to pay lawyers to handle this matter while I was not at fault?
