Mercedes Benz is Faulty and NonChalant
I would like to express a huge disappointment in the service I have received from Mercedes Benz as a Car , an engineering company and a brand. Anyone who buys a Benz buys it for the three reasons I just mentioned and then buys it for safety on the road.
I have to mention that this is not the first Mercedes Benz I have brought from the showroom floor. I have been treated by Mercedes Benz like I am trash. I own a C250 AMG 2017 model which has become a nightmare when it comes to safety. I have a real reason to believe that the new model C-Class mode has a faulty suspension. When ever I drive the car I experience discomfort. The car is unpredictable on the road , when I drive it has sporadic slips and aggressively get out of control. I have reported this to the dealership in Constantia and was dismissed by the head of workshop. He told me that his VW Polo does the same when it rains. Is it ever legal at Mercedes to compare the Polo to the Benz. I was later referred to the customer care call center and never received any assistance. I have started to conduct a study and discovered that three other C - Class drivers are quietly experiencing this discomfort and have been involved in accidents due to this faulty suspension design. The other customer even said "I am scared to drive the car at this point because I am not sure what is going to happen". I personally prefer to catch a lift or an taxi when its raining. I would rather risk that much. I'm supposed to be comfortable in a Benz but I am not. Mercedes Benz have come off very dismissive of this issue. I have a feeling that they don't care about peoples lives at risk even though they sell safety.
