MERCEDES-BENZ IS A F**KING TERRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER!!

TERRIBLE & UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE is all i can say at this point in time! What a great letdown from a brand that calls itself reputable and 'world class'! Disgusting! First of all my car was taken into repairs after the heavy floods that occurred here in Pretoria North.

Getting my car in the repairs was the first red light I should have seen. After that, the repairing of the car itself took weeks upon weeks to have repaired and its STILL being 'repaired' according to them.

Parts were apparently ordered and then lost and then tests done to no one being able to give me a full satisfactory answer about what the hell is going on there!!!

Please believe that after being given such treatment I will be moving over to BMW who I know treat their clients with the best care and DO NOT inconvenience them to such disrupting levels!!! I AM SICK of MERCEDES BENZ WONDERBOOM JUNCTION Branch!!

Utterly disappointed!!!!
