MERCEDES BENZ FINANCE - THE MOST CLUELESS COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH

MERCEDES BENZ FINANCE are probably the most *********** organisation I have ever had the pleasure to TRY TO DEAL WITH. I had an Agility Lease Agreement with Mercedes for 3 years which came to an end in April 2019. Under the Agreement, the client (WHICH MERCEDES BENZ FINANCE DOES ITS BEST TO INFURIATE) then has the option of refinancing the balance remaining with MERCEDES BENZ FINANCE. They have now after 3 months come back to me to say they do not want to finance my vehicle, as one of the Directors of our Company, who is not a South African citizen, does not want to sign any surety. My answer was then to Mercedes Benz, logically, then please come & collect your vehicle. MERCEDES BENZ next move is then to send me a Surrender Agreement, making me responsible for any difference in Capital Value, & what THEY assess the vehicle to be worth. These idiots are making their incompetence my problem. WELL DONE MERCEDES FOR ****ING OFF ANOTHER LONG TERM CLIENT. Mercedes Benz, your cars may be good, but your company is a SHAMBLES.
