Mercedes Benz finance are really ***********

Mercedes Benz Finance are really dubious and basically *********** people. I personally asked them via email to retain my premiums at it's original amount when rates reduced thrice earlier this year.

I discovered today that my premiums for June 2020 was not deducted. Upon phoning them I was told they are providing me the 3 month holiday which actually started last month. I was annoyed as I never asked for this and the agent could only apologize to me.

Mercedes are clever wanting me to be locked into a longer agreement with them. They may be hoping the rates go up as well as they can beat me further. Learn the basics of consulting and engaging. WHY WAS I NOT CONSULTED?

I asked them to please start deducting from july 2020 and I hope this happens. Never deal with in house financing as I had many issues with this finance house.
