Mercedes benz finance are *****

I recently requested settlement figures for my C200. Was shocked that the settlement amount was the same as the outstanding balance. I still have close to 2 years to still pay. This business refuses to review their interest and overall account management. I have always used traditional banks to finance my cars and wanted them to discharge the onus of correctness. They dont care or simply dont understand.
