Mercedes Benz finance

<p>I had recently sold my vehicle and full settlement was made to merc finance including the last instalment. In spite of this the debit order went off my account. In trying to get my refund from merc finance I have made numerous calls and sent through proof of payment from the dealership. In spite of this I still have no refund and everytime I call am told the same thing - it will take 3 to 5 working days. This has been going on since the 6 January. I have even asked for a supervisor / manager to call me and no one has.</p> <p>I will never ever purchase a vehicle through this financial institution again and it has tarnished the brand in my opinion.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
