MERCEDES BENZ - DURBAN - TERRIBLE PARTS DEPARTMENT SERVICE

Hi am so disgusted in the service received from Mercedes Benz - Durban Central

when trying to obtain a replacement value for an AMG Pack - I was on the line for 12 minutes getting passed from person to person and then was advised they will call me back because they have customers in front of them.

For such a large company - the service is not great. The attitude towards customers and the level of the customer relations is something you would expect from a back yard dealership.

In saying this - for such an expensive vehicle ???? TERRIBLE SERVICE.
