MERCEDES BENZ OFFER DISGUSTING SERVICES IN DURBAN SOUTH AFRICA

My vehicle an A180 automatic was taken into Merc Durban last Saturday being the 7 April. on the Tuesday 10th April the workshop technician phoned and said that the whole control box had to be changed and they would have to order the part from Germany. He said that he didn't know when it would arrive. I requested a loan vehicle and was flatly refused. They have had my car for over a week and it may go on for another week. I think that it's disgusting the service that a well reknowned company who offer the BEST SERVICE can refuse this request. I have contacted the customer care line and they do not even bother to phone you back.

So, in other words GO TO HELL.

I would not recommend this place to anyone for servicing or for repairs.
