Mercedes Benz Customer care the worst

Please be aware of the people at Mercedes Benz Customer Response Centre. The person Rivashni Govender and Themba are two people who should not be in this centre handling customer complaints.I was told that they would come back to me after 7 days and now it is close to 3 months and not one call just one email when i had sent 7 emails to them with my complaints.Please do not put people in positions who cannot do the job properly.<br> WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH THAT IS Mercedes Benz South Africa.
