Mercedes Benz Culomberg New Car Sales Division Mislead client

The below was communicated to Mercedes Benz Culemborg Cape Town on 27th December 2017 and never resolved. I have now been summonsed to appear in court albeit I have explained my position in a trail of emails to both the Dealership and their attorney's. =================================================== To whom it may concern

Please note that I replaced my vehicle (as per the invoice herein) BEFORE the maturity date of 31 October 2017. My contractual arrangement of my replacement vehicle involved offsetting and making provision for any cost of the vehicle referred to herein when taking delivery of the replacement vehicle. Can I request that you please consult the persons CC herein and resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Note: According to me I am not in arrears and DO NOT owe your financial house any monies.

I have referred the matter to you guy’s for resolution previously BUT nothing seems to have been done.

Can the matter please be resolved earnestly and can you please confirm that I will no longer be troubled with the matter herein. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Note: 1.The Dealer principal at Culemborg is Peter Pretorius 2.The person who wrote my transaction for my replacement vehicle is Linton Geland 3. The trail of correspondence referred to can be made available on request 4. The amount involved is R 10 637.93, which is the default amount I apparently owe MBF on my vehicle which was traded in for the one I am driving now. To my understanding the settlement amount was determined (Linton Geland) of my old vehicle and settled as part of the transaction when writing the deal for the new car which I took ownership of on 21st September 2017.
