From: Charles Dikgale - MID Sent: 28 November 2017 04:30 PM To: ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** ********** Subject: RE: WHAT IS MERCEDES DOING PLAYING GAMES?
Hi,
It is now the 28th November 2017 and I have not had my car back. I have raised questions that require being answered and I was promised by the Call Centre lady that called me and promised me that she has escalated them. No one has called me about car’s update even though I was called the lady who called me couldn’t hear me. I have heard nothing from Daimler as well as Mercedes Benz South Africa inclusive of the dealership.
I am at this point still struggling hiring cars at huge cist and still paid my car instalment that Mercedes has repossessed without any valid reason. Mercedes thinks that they are untouchable they can do what they like and get away with it. All is required now is keep the car because you have it in your possession and return my name clean. Do you really look at the person, maybe origin and then say we can do what you like then kudos to you Mercedes.
The issue is now as per attached emails address my income loss and explain to who is your better customer with relation to your values and mission and stop preaching costumer service that you do not have at all. You have the power not to even respond to my emails for such a long also you know that and purposely will not respond to the complaints that I have put through via Hello Peter because you are untouchable now let see if you are not.
You go Mercedes!!!!

Hi ,
This is a new email with all the attached where I still do not understand what is happening with my car. I was called by your Customer Care and I said I am driving call me later because we don’t hear each other. This was last week Wednesday and to date I have not received a call again.
There is no feedback from the dealership because they ask for my physical address and nothing to date. Are they repossessing the car or are they trying to frustrate me because I have to hire cars because my job is travel intensive until I have lost enough money so that they can then give me my car.
The below I have not received any feedback on as well.

Hi,
Thank you for the response but all said does not address my questions.
1. Why promise to organise me a courtesy car for nearly two month? 2. At what level do you issue one a courtesy car? 3. Will I be compensated for all this inconvenience and loss of income? 4. What are the reasons that my car had to have broken pipes after service? 5. When will I get my car because I was promised that I would get it on Monday the 13th November and it is now the 16th November I have heard nothing from the dealership? 6. What proof do I have that you guys have actioned this because your responses are not resolved within 48 hours after the lodging of the complaint?
With the above questions I request a documented apology outlining what corrective measures are in place and what is the resolution with the dealership. What is your vison as well as mission to keep your customer loyalty index at all time high because I am totally in shock with Mercedes Benz when they apologise in email and not in written form as well as what to expect.
I am very sceptical of your customer service plus this email says nothing to me but telling me go and ‘fly a kite’. We spend so much money as a company year in and year out purchasing trucks from you but this is the response I get!!
Thanks,
Charles Dikgale.
