Mercedes Benz Constantia/SA not living to the brand promise

Hi,

I have booked in my car for repairs at Mercedes-Benz Constantia , since October to date, the issue has not been resolved, everytime I m told that the car is fixed, 2 days later I have to take the car back, as the issue is still there, and it get worse all the time, I even drove with different foreman for them to understand it, I m now waiting for them to contact me with a loan car, it is over a week and half, no progress, can you please make it to this urgently, as this is not a pleasurable experience nor drive of the vehicle, and note that the vehicle is on 35 000km, and I have returned to the same dealer more than 4 times.
