Mercedes Benz CEO - Mark Raine "Does not Talk to People"

Day 133 today (14th Feb 2022) and still waiting for my car to be returned to me by MB. I took my car in for a service on the 5th of October 2021 and it was broken by the service team and they cant fix it !! What make this situation even worse is that i have escalated this to the CEO of Mercedes Benz SA, Mark Raine an he is unwilling to help, step in, assist AND "Does not Talk to People" as the head of Customer Care told me.
