<p>Mercedes Benz Centurion - Service department: worst customer service!</p> <p>As a paying customer, or any other person for that matter, I do not believe it is:</p> <p> 1. Acceptable to be **** to!</p> <p>2. Right to pass the blame from one member of staff to another, and not take accountability for any wrong doing</p> <p>3. Be patronized </p> <p>4. To be RUDE over the phone. </p> <p>It is funny how things are all professional and full of smiles at first... </p> <p>I will never, Ever, EVER do business with them again! Even if they were the last dealership around, I would rather sell my car and go for a different make, than deal with the same as what I have delt with over the past 7 weeks!!!! </p>
