<p>My car was booked for a service on 6 September 2016. My service manager, Ganesh, did make any contact with me during the day. At 15h00 he phoned to advise that my is not finished and I have to make my own alternative arrangements. I then had to wait for 2 hours for a driver to fetch me, so that I could collect my UN-serviced car.</p> <p> </p>
