Mercedes Benz Are Very Arrogant.

My car was in for Service at Mercedes Benz Mercurius Polokwane and was not fixed as required and when I took it back I was promised a courtesy car which was not supp**** because they would ask MBSA to deliver me one. This issue has been going on since September 2017 to date where my car is parked at Mercedes Benz M2 City with scratches which Security in Polokwane did not see but the Agent wrote scratches all over. Where were the scratches because Security only saw chips? On arrival of my car at M2 City the Manager told me he did not check the car but told the trucing company to offload there without checking it. What I do not understand it is how arrogantly he told me that he did not check it.The first service and the second when car was taken back they always take videos of the cars on arrival. When I asked for the videos they do not want to supply them and how do I account for scratches I know that they were not there. To date I am still waiting for my car which no one want to take responsibility of the scratches that I also took a video and supp**** it to MBSA but there is no resolution. I am sitting at home and cannot go to work without a car because my work is very travel intensive without a courtesy car as well
