Mercedes Benz are *******, croocks and *****!!!!!
<p>I bought a BRAND NEW Fuso 5 Ton truck (as advised by the dealership that it was the best for fleet across Africa) which was collected on the 8th July 2016. On the 10th of July 2016 it brokedown while on fleet to Mozambique. I logged a call to Mercedes Benz SA as instructed by the dealership (Mercedes Benz Centurion). Mercedes Benz SA contacted Mercedes Benz Mozambique and they couldn't assist me so had to tow my truck to Malawi where I finally got assited by the Malawi branch. I requested a breakdown report and was sent a snap-shot of a mini-report that lacked detailed information. In September 2016 the truck was on the fleet from Malawi to south Africa and It was loosing horse power on the way. I called the Dealer to book it for repairs where it was repaired and I was advised that I was restored to its best condition. On the 6th Of February 2017 it started giving the same problem, I booked it to Rodepoort dealership they informed me that they did not have the spares and advised me to continue using the truck while they were waiting for the spares. On the 8th of February 2017 the truck got stuck completely, I called the road assistant crew ad the avdvised for the truck to be towed to the workshop in Centurion.
