Mercedes Benz after sale service is horrible

I have had the worst experience at Mercedes Ben Sandton the after sale servive of merceses benz is the worst and for the amoung we pay is honestlt not on. This is not luxury. 3 weeks back took my car in for service because the car kept saying battrey low stop car and leave engine running.

They claimed they changed the battrey i left. The next day the car said battrey low returned to them they claimed there is nothing wrong it must be tracker draining my battrey.

I called tracker it was not their device now im stuck with a call out fee because Mercedes dont know what they are doing.

Now they want to keep my car overnight and i need to fetch my children from schoool , take them to school and go to work they are saying its not their problem.

I cant believe the way the customer service is so bad they are willing to get a bad review over a problem that could be handled better.
