My Mercedes-Benz b class been in the panel beaters for 3 months now ,mercedes east rand say they waiting for parts ,how come 3 months , we thought we bought a good and reputable brand ,but no parts available, they can't even give us a eta ,in the mean time we frustrated, don't have a another car ,what must we do
