MERCEDES BENZ

I bought a car with mercedes Benz in a process of time I went through a financial trauma. Have engage debt review to assist with my situation&eventual debt review managed to obtain court order on my behalf.

The car I bought was/is mercedes benz. The debt review renegotiated the terms with mercedes benz&the amount was low&amendment was made to align the payment to mercedes benz requirements through their attorneys,but there were those whose mission was to cancel the contract,take the car&have eventually learned later that they were agents. The agent pushed me to surrender the car&I didn't know them, pay less attention that I'm on debt review- they did send the documents to surrender the goods but they were ********** documents( no address, no stamp, no telephone number), the agent only signed as a witness that's all&did not even specify where the document was signed. It was a signature&ID number. The document had all my details but nothing from the companies details. The car was broken the agent stopped calling for about 8 months most probably waiting for to fix the car. Once of the agent came to area looking for me unnoticed- eventually we met. He wanted the car without summons I told no cause the car was not with me them, he later took me to the sheriff to be handed the documents. They were treads from the agent- I'm going to be arrested, I'm going to have a ******** record against my name, they even phoned my lawyers who were helping with my family issues. I took the car the sheriffs according to his terms&I requested an extension but politely refused. I received an inspection document from Mercedes benz after the inspection was done&and to my discovery the car that on the inspection list was C200 CGI 2011 model and no longer C200 A/G A/T 2013 model but everything else looking the same (number plates, engine number), but **********ly attached the wrong inspected car on my name. I send documents to consumer-complaint, ombudsman&NCR to investigate my case. I tried to called the customer care- they gave a number of the person to assist me but was not available - I've managed to find her twice (she was on lunch/driving- gave me the times when to call but she was not available, have even left the message but never returned my call even today. I'm disappointed in Mercedes Benz to go to a level of using ********** documents&their customer service its very very poor.
