Mercedes Agility isn’t as good as it seems

I bought my Mercedes on Agility. I handed back the vehicle and immediately paid back the hand back costs. Now I am getting messages that I should immediately pay back the money. It was very easy to get into the deal but trying to get out is hellish. This is hampering me buy in a new vehicle. I would not recommend buying a Mercedes on agility the process is unclear and the close out system and personnel very unprofessional.
