Merc Benz agents - pinetown- calls not answered- poor service

Merc Benz - service is non existent - Calls are not answered and if ever it does, you get cut off or your call id dropped by switchboard as the person in the relevant dept does not bother to answer the phone as well.

Cannot get through the service dept at all??
