Merc AMG 20 000km and engine need to be rebuild??

My new Merc C63 AMG has been standing since 27 Oct'15, irreparable with 20 000km on the clock, to date, I have no car. I paid 4 instalment of R25 000pm = R100 000, in the mean time they eventually in the 3rd month discovered that the engine block had broken. I'm still awaiting a car and paying an instalment with no compensation monetary or an equal car. Mercedes Benz client services refer me to dealership (centurion) and the dealership refer me to client service, so in short, no one is helping, I'm paying for something I don't have. <br> NB: Our ancestors boosted about being able to do a million km's in a Merc, guaranteed without replacing anything.
