Mecerdes Benz Ronnie Body Works bad and ruthless service

<p>I had an accident sometime in April and my car was towered to Ronnies bodyworks on the 25/04/2017 with the damages on the front of the car and also was lossing power. They completed the car in June and I collected it on the 05 June 2017. Whilst driving it i noticed that the car its lossing power they have only fixed the body of the car and not tested it as William from Ronnies confirmed that. They told me that they have only fixed the body and not the mechanical problem so I must take my car to Ronnies in Beacon Bay which I did. Now Ronnies Beacon Bay is sending me back to them as they were the one who were fixing the car. So now I have to do this come back and forth, nevertheless I asked Body works to give me the courtesy car since I have return my long ago as their were claiming that the is done and ready for collection. Now they have refused to give me the courtesy asking me to request my Eskom insurance to cover they car first before they can release me. I had to cancel my plans for today and my work related trip because of their incompetence.</p>
