Mecerdes benz Durban customer service 28 March 2018

Mercedez benz durban serviced mycar mid february 2018. This is a brand new A200 AMG 2017 model bought june 2017. The front pumper was not intact properly after serviced i had to take it back next day. For the whole day they had mycar fixing a pumper!!i complained to service agent about it he brushed it away apologies for the service. I am experiencing noise if i am braking the vehicle.Tuesday 27 March coolant light went on..petrol attended poured water at 16:45 on myway home. The following day 28th the same light came on again i went to another engine garage where they poured something called antifreezer. After that i took mycar to mercedez durban sales Manager never gave me time to explain the sequence of events simple refered me to a technician whom will "test"mycar and see what is the problem 45 minutes later technician comes back and says the brakes are due to mybad driving and maybe i am not drivng long distances ...not sure what he meant. Coolant he said he cant tell maybe poor workmanship from the service that was done in the very same dealership. I again requested to speak to the manager since i could leave with these faults on the car. Manager was no where to be found ,receptionist said no one else can assist me in his absence. Out of anger i left the keys in the receptionist desk. I took a lift to work. I phoned mercedes South africa when i got to work to lodge a complain they gave me a reference full day they never called me back both mercedes benz durban and south africa. I again phoned south africa they said they will get back to me they never did. 15:15 another advisor from delear calls me and tell me the car has a merger leak and therefore his keeping it for the night. I again asked for a lift to them since i had no car to see the manager again. No apology he organised me a vehicle to take me home. Long weekend i have no car. I still dont understand why they will blame me for the faulty car which never had an accident !!
