MBSA Warranty is useless

Good day,

I am very disappointed with the service received with Mercedes Benz South Africa my C180 Edition C W204 LED light fused but now I am told that Warranty will not cover it due to back clips of the LED light that is broken.

Firstly to get into the LED the whole bumper and fender needs to come off, secondly the car has only been to Mercedes Benz which I don't know what goes on in the workshop while my car is under Mercedes Benz dealership care and lastly this car has never been in any accident damage so how can I physically go and break it? Does Mercedes think I have time and energy to physically play around with cars body work? If I wanted to I wouldn't have owned several Mercedes Benz vehicles.

I have logged a reference with MBSA which is 1- ********** 1324.

The only thing I am asking from MBSA to authorize an LED replacement I am not asking for a whole car to be replaced. WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT FOR AN LED REPLACEMENT???
