MBSA Service Sucks

I would like to share my experience that I am having with MBSA. I have bought a brand new C63S for the value of R1.5million in September 2017 from Mercedes Bedfordview. In December I went to a shopping mall and parked to close to the side walk whereby my front bumper got sc****d and also the cover underneath got cracked. I phoned Joshua from the dealer and told him and he said when I'm in the store again I must let him know and he will order a cover for me. I didn't go through to the dealer however I put a tape and stuck the cover. In April my car went in for the 16000km service to a Mercedes dealer for its service and it was serviced with no complains. During the long weekend I went to Durban on on my way back to Johannesburg the Sunday 12th August 2018 I had a breakdown on the N3 highway whereby my vehicle said rear diff-lock inoperative. My husband pull off on the highway and we call roadside assistance who contacted a mechanic. The mechanic contacted me and I explained him what the problem was and told him what the vehicle was doing and he said I had an option to take it to Ladysmith or Pietermaritzburg. The car did not want to start at that stage. The mechanic said he would have to get a tow truck and I told him it was fine. After a while we switched the car on and it started thereafter we phoned the mechanic again and told him and advised him that everything seems to be fine but the engine light came on. The mechanic asked me if the car is movable and I told him it seems like it is. He told me to drive it to Garden City Motors in Pietermaritzburg and he will meet me there as he lives in town which is not far from the garage. I did as he advised me to do. When i arrived at the garage he took very long to get there. The sales manager Nilen also phoned him to advise that we were waiting there for a while. When the mechanic arrived and did the diagnostic test he said we could have driven the vehicle to Johannesburg and it would have made it. When the diagnostic report was done he picked up that it was leaking coolant and there was a blockage on the coolant pump. Before I left the workshop i asked the mechanic to check why was smoke coming from the back tyre. He lifted the vehicle up and checked and said it was just oil that was burning and then the storey changed that it was now my radiator that was the problem I broke down. He said he will advise me on Monday what is happening. My question is: 1: My breakdown was rear diff- lock in-operative . Now it's coolant which I'm told I must pay for it. 2: I cracked the cover in December and my car went for a service in April how come they did not pick up there was a coolant leak. 3. Garden City is now saying I drove my car while the engine light was on but their mechanic told me to drive the vehicle to their workshop. They are now saying that after the coolant / radiator is repaired and if further damages are on the vehicle I will have to pay for it. 4. Garden City has been giving me a bad service from the onset. 5. I have reported this matter to MBSA and it seems that they are not interested. I have asked to speak to a manager and Ruth who is dealing with the matter said that the manager said she needs to sort it out 6. This is the 3rd C63 that I have purchased and this is not the kind of service one would expect from MBSA or a Mercedes Dealer. 7. I have been 2 weeks without a vehicle and it has costed me to fly up and down to Durban to resolve the disputes with this vehicle. I will never again purchase a Mercedes.
