MBSA sending us in circles
I am sharing on behalf of our company. We have a panelbeating shop and we replaced air bellows on a Mercedes Benz for a customer.
The air bellows are now leaking and there are no signs of physical damage to it. We are trying to make a warranty claim on the parts but MBSA is so unhelpful. The vehicle is not drivable and is standing at a dealer in Mpumalanga. They have tried to claim with MBSA but for some reason MBSA keeps on declining the claim. We bought the spares from Grand Central in Midrand and now MBSA wants us to move the NON drivable vehicle to JHB from MP to make a claim as apparently they have to have the vehicle there which i think is unnecessary. We supp**** MBSA with all the relevant info.
My client is suffering and i cannot get through to anyone at MBSA customer service. I am tired of spending hours on the telephone to not get feedback. The dealers are not at fault as they also tried and MBSA keeps on rejecting the claims.
It is physically impossible to get the vehicle in JHB. it makes no sense.
I need a resolution, this is becoming a big problem as we are running around in circles and not getting any feedback or resolution.
Please sort yourselves out as the vehicle is not drivable and cannot be moved to JHB. it is not that hard to resolve an issue at a dealership. If i have a vehicle and i am in a different location, i will take it to the closest dealership, it only makes sense.
I have tried to follow procedures but now we are left with no other option as we are not getting response.
