MBSA nowhere

For the second time since buying a new GLC model in October 2016, I am battling to get two minor problems fixed. The latter being the steering column adjustment facility. Had the car there on three previous occasions for several days at a time, to date still not fixed and to be returned soon again. Impossible to trust the brand any more.
