MBFS nowhere all at once

Paid off my loan amount, but paid a bit too much as the system didnt update the payment that was made.

No I have been waiting for almost a hour on the phone as well as no one replies the mails sent this week to their so called MBFS enquiries mail.

So now we wait for premium service.
