MB SA doesnt care about service

I had my car serviced at shiraz auto and loddged a complain about the service and yet no replay . My car was there for two days for a general service and they did work i didnt ask for . They removed the steering weel and airbag for no reason and now there is damage to the steering weel and it makes a noise when im driving . I think MB SA is covering for them and is letting this matter be untill my motor plan expires . I also have to drive my car 60km to the nearest dealer to be serviced since two dealers close to me closed down ... well if you look at the service you get that make sence
