MB SA disgusting service

MB is aware of a dealership that has misrepresented on a sale of a vehicle. I have been informed that they can't assist with sale of pre-owned vehicles even though it's from a MB dealership. I have been a customer of MB and am shocked that MB SA does not protect the brand and customer. I have been trying to recover my refund with great difficulty. I was sold a 2022 model (confirmed by MB SA) as a 2023 model priced as a 2023 model as well. I unfounded this information a few hours after receiving the vehicle. As per trade in evaluation by MB Umhlanga i was informed that the vehicle was a 2022 model. Rola MB dealer Principal Francois Botha refuses to acknowledge the CPA and refund my monies in full. I am being penalised for their clear misrepresentation!
