Management of ones ITC Profile

Long story short,

Found a car that i loved. started the purchase, and boom sorry MBF says your car is behind. Email them and get this reply: Good day Ms Thank you for contacting Mercedes-Benz Financial Services. Kindly be advised that the account is not in arrears you overpaid the account by R2 936.36 when the deposit of R14 000.00 was made.

So i have emailed and phoned and phoned, taking into account im in Rwanda, so a call is almost worth a months installment. Promised the sun and the moon.

So today i decide i want to pull my ITC to see if anything is being done, and whoop there it is. NOT UPDATED.

This has now const me the car that i was holding our for for 4 years to buy at the right price. Drove off into the night by another owner.
